From Exeter / M5 Southbound

- From the M5, Junction 31, follow A380 Torquay.

- You will soon hit a large roundabout (Penn Inn), follow Torquay, 2nd Exit.

- Exactly 1 mile down that road, you will see a turning right, signposted Barn Own Inn. Take the turning and follow on approximately 1 mile down the road until you reach a fork.

- At this fork, turn right and follow the road until you see the kennels on your right side approximately 1 mile ahead.

From Plymouth / A38 Northbound

- Take the A38 northbound until you reach the Trago Mills exit. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit signposted Newton Abbot / Torquay.

- Upon reaching Newton Abbot, Follow signs for Torquay A3022.

- You will soon hit a large roundabout (Penn Inn), follow Torquay, 3rd Exit.

- Exactly 1 mile down that road, you will see a turning right, signposted Barn Own Inn. Take the turning and follow on approximately 1 mile down the road until you reach a fork.

- At this fork, turn right and follow the road until you see the kennels on your right side approximately 1 mile ahead.

From Torquay / Paignton / Brixham

- Follow the main Torquay to Newton Abbot road (A3022).

- Exactly 1 mile before the Penn Inn roundabout, you will see a turning left, signposted Barn Own Inn. Take the turning and follow on approximately 1 mile down the road until you reach a fork.

- At this fork, turn right and follow the road until you see the kennels on your right side approximately 1 mile ahead.
